Airmux 200 and 400

The Airmux-200 and Airmux-400 wireless IP and wireless multiplexers are carrier-class, high capacity cost effective point-to-point transmission systems used to connect Ethernet, E1/T1 and Fractional Serial circuits between two distant sites over broadband wireless.

The Airmux-200 and AIrmux-400 wireless IP and wireless multiplexers combine legacy TDM and Ethernet services for transmission over 5.X GHz, 4.9 GHz, 2.3 and 2.4 GHz licensed-exempt bands. The Airmux-200 and 200e wireless multiplexers have a total air data rate of 130 Mbps, with a theoretical maximum transmission distance of up to 80 kilometers (50 miles) on the Airmux-200 and up to 120km with the Airmux-400. Transmission is AES encrypted to ensure security.

Typical Airmux 200 and Airmux-400 applications include service extension to remote/rural locations, cellular backhaul, emergency services and temporary deployment, wireless backup, voice traffic extension over wireless, and lossless hot spot backhauling.
